Following previous works with the client, Simms Builders undertook works to this detached dwelling involving the construction of a new porch to the front elevation and a single storey rear extension to form an open plan kitchen, dining and living space for the family.

The scheme incorporates new anthracite bi-folding doors with matching roof windows, fascias, soffits and rainwater goods throughout to uplift the dwelling to a contemporary design whilst maintaining the surrounding character of the area.
